I have been in the short term rental space for 7+ years. I've built out 100+ short term rentals since I started. I began my journey with 5k and a credit card and now own a 7 figure business. I've now become an expert on hosting, managing, and creating systems for a fully automated business that requires only a few hours a week of work.
